Our online strategic plan is streamlined, easy to read, and packs an information punch! ![]() We at CHAM don't want to brag, but we're quite proud of our 2015-2019 Strategic Plan, developed in partnership with USAID. This plan outlines seven critical areas where CHAM hopes to improve and how we hope to achieve those improvements. We believe that this plan will help us advance leaps and bounds in our mission to provide accessible, affordable, high-quality healthcare services to all Malawian citizens. so proud of our plan that we created a new way for you to learn about it! In our new, online strategic plan, each key result area CHAM hopes to improve and expand upon is represented by an icon. By clicking on an icon, you can learn about the rationale behind the corresponding result area, as well as the goals we hope to achieve. We've also listed the outcome measures we will use to determine if and when we achieved our goals. Our online strategic plan is streamlined, easy to read, and packs an information punch! As the years progress, we will update this page to indicate which goals have been achieved and when. So be sure to check back in for updates on how we're progressing! |
